Non vidi. I was not able to find the monument in the repository of the National Preserve of Tauric Chersonesos.

Translation

[--- when great and dangerous illnesses befell (the city), he zealously cond]ucted himself and, mak[ing a display of his art,] was highly esteemed --- [and he] made his stay ord[erly and fitti]ng to his art; [for which (reasons), the Council and the People [shall deem it good to praise him on account of these and grant [him ---].
