Additional description
Left edge of a panel. The front and back are well worked. On the front - remains of 9 lines of text, which start ca. 2,5cm from the edge. Dents in the surface damage the text in the bottom left and bottom right areas. In lines 5-7, letters are considerably effaced and nearly illegible.

South sector of the citadel, during the excavations of the city water reservoir located on the inside of the fortification wall, in the fill of the IXth century.

Translation
[since.... he] in a manner most noble and worthy of respect [discharges the duty of a citizen?] and friendly also with us [made his sojourn and his ki]ndness showed as proven [towards] our [city... ca]ring for the affa]irs [of the city], on account of which [we decided?] to honour the man in return [- - -].
