Translation

[- - - to praise ---, son of ---] son of Herakleidas, [and grant him citizenship on the grounds of proxeny, [the right of sailing in and out of the harbour] in peace time and in war time, without a threat of con[fiscation and without a formal treaty, for him] and his goods, as well as a sha[re in all the things shared by the Chersonesites - - -].
