[- - -we decided that...] adorned [with all virtues] [should receive[ a fitting [praise; and for this reason] the Council and] the People shall decide to praise, [because of these], Pharnakes, (son of) Pharnakes, citizen of Amastris, to grant him citizenship on the grounds [of proxeny], the right of sailing in and out of the harbour without a threat of confiscation and without formal treaty, [in peace time and in war time], for him, his descendants and his go[ods, as well as a share] in all the rights of the Chersonesites; to inscribe [this decision on a stele] of white stone and [set it up] in the most prominent place of the acropolis. [This was decided] by the Council and the People, in the ... year, in the reign of Par[thenos], when Titus Flavius Ariston, [(son of) Flavius Agepo]lis was priest, on the 20th? of the month of Lykeios, when [---]geitos, (son of) Teldamos? [was secretary].
