Commentary

In 1959, according to Karyshkovsky (although his information is not fully reliable), the inscription was in the possession of the Institute of Archaeology, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in Kiev. Karyshkovsky apparently did not see the monument. He offered no restorations in the publication, but reproduced the text in majuscule.

1. In the top line, remains of a bottom horizontal hasta, adornd with serif.

3. A possible restoration, by analogy with SEG 38.735: τὸ οὖν ἐψηφισμ[ένον.
