Found no later than 1872 when it was brought to Moscow. Circumstances of find are unknown, but was in Chersonesos until 1872.

On the front. On the architrave, between the pediment and the inset field for relief. 

Lettering

Alpha with straight crossbar, omicron smaller than other letters, four-bar sigma with parallel top and bottom bars; serifs and flaring of the ends of letterstrokes.

Commentary

The date is II century C.E. (more likely the first half of the century).

Watzinger 1909, № 736 (erroneous reference to ЗИРАО).

Line 1. The patronymic Γαίου has division signs on either side.
