Additional description

Nearly fully preserved, with some loss to the left front edge. Two depressions (the left is chipped) on the top surface for the feet of a statue. A rectangular hole on the front reflects secondary use of the base. On the right: three symbols resembing tamgas, of a later date.

Translation
