Commentary

1-2. On the formula, see IV.3.B.e.

The Christian name Aikaterine (Catherine) is not attested elsewhere in the Northern Black Sea region. On the pronunciation of eta, see commentary to V 61.

Alpha with slanting crossbar points to the end of the IV-Vth centuries.
