Commentary
This edition is based on the transcription of D.M. Strukov (Manuscript Archive, Institute for History of Material Culture, Russian Academy of Sciences f. Р–I, № 619, l. 6).
On the formula, see Introduction IV.3.F.e. The name is restored hypothetically.
A female burial at a male monastery must apparently belong to a benefactress, unless the form δούλη represents δοῦλοι and that several more names followed, while Asatres is masculine.
