The left side is slightly damaged. The back shows signs of reuse. Three two-line inscriptions are cut on the front.

Mu with slanting outer hastae, nu with short right vertical, omicron smaller than other letters, four-bar sigma with splayed bars; letterstrokes are slightly curved with flaring and serifs at the ends.
