The surface is divided into three tiers horizontally, separated by two drawn lines running the length of the ostracon. Along the top line, a row of seven rhos is inscribed. There is a vertical dividing line running the height of the ostracon, drawn after the first two rhos in line two. The vertical of the fifth rho is extended downwards to the edge of the ostracon, creating another divider that affects middle and bottom tiers. In the middle tier, two rhos are drawn left of the first vertical divider, and two rhos right of the first vertical divider. To the right of the second vertical divider, there is another rho and to the right what would appear to be elongated betas, but with additional (third) loop attached to the same vertical. All letters in top and middle tiers are orthograde. In the bottom tier, which is partially broken off, letters appear in mirror-image to the middle tier. Those that are preserved also like rhos.

Triangular and rectangular shapes that form an irregular grid, similar to the pattern that often appears on such roundels.
