Commentary

This is either a personal name or a dedication, as ΔΙΟ can be restored Διό[ς], Διο[σκόρων]/Διο[σκόροιν]/Διο[σκόροις], Διο[νύσωι]/Διο[νύσο], and any variety of a compund theophoric name, of which at least 11 varieties are attested at Olbia-Borysthenes in LGPN online.
