Commentary
There are a few names (LGPN online lists 15) that begin with Aisi- so ownership inscription is very possible. Personal names also figure in sympotic and dedicatory inscriptions that often appear on lips of cups, so these are three equally probable categories of text in this case, hence Incertum.
