Commentary

Poorly preserved dipinto in red: there are two parallel verticals painted perpendicular to the rim of the plate, and viewing the underside with the rim at the top, there a horizontal joining the left vertical and pointing left. There might be a horizontal stroke also pointing left at the bottom of the right vertical.
