Apparatus criticus

Translation

 

Commentary

Delta is clear, but there is also a trace of red opposite it on the funnel underside of the foot. This trace might be an accidental touch of the brush, or if intentional, the traces might be those of a diagonal and crossbar, suggesting an alpha.
