On the front - Latin cross with flaring arms on the Golgotha within inset panel with two ormamental bands and another inset panel (25x19 cm) below. On the back - a "string" course. Broken in two parts.

Translation

Fell asleep: a servant of God, Kalanitza, on the 15th of April, in the year 6855.

2-3. Latyshev pointed out that Kalanitza (cf. V 128) was a diminutive form of the name Kalana (cf. V 169).
